Jacopo Mazzanti

Jacopo graduated cum laude at the University of Ferrara, after having spent a research period at the University of Leeds – Faculty of Law (UK), where he had the chance to strengthen his use of the legal English language and study comparative civil and tax laws. In 2009 he presented his final dissertation titled “The Law of Trusts: Profili comparatistici e tributari.

 

After graduating, Jacopo started working with some of the most renown Italian and international law firms, such as Withers LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, NCTM and Baker Mckenzie, where he specialized in employment laws, social security industrial relationships, commercial agency and contracts and litigation. During those years Jacopo constantly increased his responsibilities and accrued a solid experience in assistance to the most important multinational companies in the IT, television, food and tourism sectors. He attended several specialization courses in employment and food laws.

 

He regularly advices national and international companies and is also the author of various publications and articles. Jacopo gives lectures in the contexts of seminars or courses organized by primary Italian associations and employers’ unions.

 

Jacopo speaks both Italian and English.
